Soprano Marimba
Our soprano marimbas have keys (tone bars) that are generally made out of Padauk. Other woods are available.
The frames are crafted from various hardwoods
such as poplar, maple, cherry, alder,
honduran mahogany, wenge etc.

Resonators that hang below the keys amplify the
note and are equipped with buzzers to make the traditional and vital sound of Zimbabwean music. The resonators and buzzers are recommended, but of course, are optional.
The options are limitless when choosing a marimba from Padauk Dust. Use your imagination!
